Dr. Charles Nicholson Dr. Nicholson is a graduate of the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Medicine. He served a residency in anesthesia and critical care medicine and a fellowship in cardiac and critical care medicine at Johns Hopkins Hospital. Dr. Nicholson was also a fellow in the Department of Anesthesia Pain Control Center at Wake Forest University. A board certified anesthesiologist, he is a past-president of the NC Society of Anesthesiologists.
