- At Carolina Pain Consultants, treatment options include x-ray guided spinal injections, nucleopalisty for disk herniations, radio-frequency lesioning for arthritis spine pain, sympathetic blocks for nerve pain, trigger point injections for muscle pain and many others. These are usually performed in combination with ongoing physical therapy and non-narcotic medications.
