Dr. Shehzad Choudry Dr. Choudry is a graduate of the University of South Carolina School of Medicine and completed a Neurology residency at Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center. Before joining CPC, he completed a fellowship in pain management at Duke Pain and Palliative Care Center in Durham, NC. Dr. Choudry is a member of the American Pain Society, the American Academy of Neurology and the North Carolina Medical Society.
