Dr. Hsiupei Chen Dr. Chen, CPC Co-Director, is a graduate of Duke University School of Medicine and
completed her residency in anesthesiology at the University of California
at San Francisco. Her fellowship in
pain management was completed at Duke Pain and Palliative Care Clinic. Dr. Chen is board certified in
anesthesiology by the ABA. She also
served as Chief Resident in the Department of Anesthesiology at the
University of California at San Francisco.
